Training on qualitative research for PHAD staffs To improve the capacity for junior staffs on research methods, PHAD has developed a training programs on "Qualitative Research Methods" to provide knowledge about conducting a qualitative research. The training course has started from October 2011, included these contents:            1. Introduction to qualitative research            2. Qualitative research skills            3. Traditional data analysis in qualitative research            4. How to use Alas.ti software in qualitative analysis This training course will be helpful for young staffs to participate in future qualitative studies at PHAD                                                                                                    Practice: In depth interview                                     Practice: Focus group discussion with Hanoi medical university students
